NOTE TO BIDDERS: The District has implemented a new visitor management system. Bidders must bring a government issued ID to enter District buildings.
Bidders are required to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the conditions, actual quantities that are to be installed and to gather all other information necessary to complete the project in its entirety. A mandatory pre-bid walk down will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
