RFP C-25046 Audio Visual Equipment and Repair Services

The scope of work is to identify a reliable and experienced vendor(s) who aligns with the District’s needs for audio visual (AV) equipment and repair services. The AV equipment will consist of professional sound systems, professional video systems, conferencing systems, recording systems and other specialized AV systems. These are primarily used in gymnasiums, auditoriums, cafeterias, conference rooms and multipurpose areas. This does not include smart boards, flat panels and projectors currently used in District classrooms.
