A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Mill Creek Elementary; 2200 West Nifong Blvd, Columbia, MO 65203; at 10:00 am local time on March 16, 2023 with a site visit immediately following the meeting. Once the tour is completed at Mill Creek, a site visit will take place at West Middle School; 401 Clinkscales Road. Lastly, the third site visit will be held at the Early Childhood Discovery Center; 901 Rain Forest Parkway. All contractors submitting a bid to the Owner are required to attend.
