A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Fairview Elementary; 900 S. Fairview, Columbia, MO 65203;at 10:00 am local time on March 14, 2023 with a site visit immediately following the meeting. Once the tour is completed at Fairview, a site visit will take place at Paxton Keeley Elementary School; 201 Park Deville Drive. Lastly, the third site visit will be held at the Alpha Hart Lewis Elementary; 5801 Arbor Pointe Parkway. All contractors submitting a bid to the Owner are required to attend.
